Possible Portal Login Issues for Some Accounts

Please be aware that there is a known bug that may cause the following error to pop up when attempting to log into (or use) the enduser portal (such as my.joyent.com).


This will occur if you have any non-ASCII characters defined under your account, including your name, custom image names, container names, etc. We are actively working towards a fix to resolve this issue.
